Joe Altemus is the Shop Foreman for the Malvern Division at Durable Surfaces. His experience at the company began in 2005, as a Field Foreman, which led him to become Superintendent for the 8 years to follow. He handled all the day-to-day operations of the employees and coordinated with customers for scheduling. He later became a Project Manager for 3 years and learned the backend side of the business - in addition to this, he was in charge of Durable's safety program. His current duties include coordinating logistics with operations, purchasing, and making sure our crews have the proper tools needed to do an excellent job in the field. Having seen many sides to the business, he has enjoyed watching the business grow from a few employees to where it is today.
